Applicant privacy and retention notice

Miracle Minds Therapy uses the information in an application to evaluate candidates, communicate about employment opportunities, and administer its hiring process. Access is limited to authorized hiring team members and service providers supporting this process.

Submitted applications and supporting documents are retained for 24 months. Idle application drafts are retained for 90 days. A request to delete eligible applicant information will be addressed within 30 days, subject to records the organization must preserve for legitimate operational or legal reasons.

Do not include unnecessary health, financial, or other highly sensitive personal information in free-text answers or documents. Contact Miracle Minds Therapy if you need an accommodation or want to ask about access, correction, or deletion of applicant information.
